Being in the land locked state of Colorado, it's not very often that I see things like this. This tank was brought to me by a customer with a "leak". Once I sand blasted it, this is what I found. Ouch! This still had fuel in it, but apparently the moisture turned to water, went to the bottom of the tank and rusted it from the inside out. The decision now is whether to fix it, or buy a new tank. Based on the fact that this is a slightly older custom, I don't think I can find a replacement that will fit properly. Looks like it's time to start making new bottom panels. Fun stuff. I'll post the results when it's done.
